Replace my Geo (34 mpg auto) as work car. 40 mile round trip to work, 5 days a week. Also it will be the grocery getter.

I'm just curious. Since the Elio is primarily made for commuting to work or running errands what is the primary use for you getting this vehicle? I'm retired so my primary usage will be for play. Something to tinker with and cruise around visiting family members without using a lot of gas. Maybe even a budget tent camper for long trips.

Ditto....being only "semi" retired (2 days a week now ) it will still work SOME for commuting

I'll still use the motorhome for those "extended" trips...maybe it will be a TOAD

The Elio will replace my 1999 Toyota Camry and be my one and only vehicle. I look forward to doing a little more traveling and having a lot more fun driving. Z

Because I'm unable to ride a motorcycle anymore, this is going to replace my bike. I see allot of day trips and some long distance touring in the future. A vehicle to have fun in.

Traveling long distance commuting i guess. My current car will be back up for when i need more than 1 passenger or moving bigger items etc. Probably be relegated to a 20 mile radius of my house.

Commuting to and from work for me - 30 miles each way four or five days a week. 98% of my driving is single occupant. The only reason I'll use my other car will be when I have my dogs with me and travel, or when I need to carry larger loads that will fit in the Elio with the back seat down.

Will be my run around town vehicle and my fun car. Will also be the replacement for my motorcycle and become my pleasure vehicle for scenic road trips.
