Little difference in dune sand like that, it's almost a fluid.If the object is just to get to the top of the hill, slow and steady wins the race in the loose stuff. It's all about torque - and not losing your grip. Get into lo-low and crawl, if necessary, but you'd be amazed at the progress you'll make. Once traction is lost, all that horsepower just goes to burying you up to the axles. Then the motor lets go, creating additional income for your engine builder.
