I don't know how Bowers does it, but if you are using Windows 7 you can use the Snipping Tool.

Didn't I send you the link to the program "PrintScreen2K"
Using that program, all you would have to do is hit the PrtScn button on your keyboard, then click "Rectangle", starting in the upper left corner click and drag the box around the area you want, let go of the button, then click "Save" and put it in a spot you can find it, and a name you'll remember. Click OK, then click the X to close that little program window.
It's a free program and works on all versions of Windows, including Win10
<Note this is a 17yr old program that they got right, it works great and has a lot of options if you want to use them.>
