It was in a video / telecast and I am to busy to find it for you. As far as the company who wanted to much control you can read the threads and find it for yourself.
When you get the time. I would like to see it. I asked about this a while back and got no response. Since we now have a lead on it from a number of people, it will be up in a few hours. Thanks for doing this.

Wow. If this keeps going on, there are some people here that will beat Hiroo Onoda's record for hanging on to a dream.

Yea, there's all kinda things going on.
Thanks, Jerry, this has many incorrect points but I don't want to fill up this Q&A too much and drown out other questions people might find useful by addressing all of them. But simply - The old company did not go bankrupt, it was liquidated and all vendors, bills, and employees were paid with the surplus going back to investors. Any deposits the company was holding were returned to people to the best of their ability. There were more than a dozen prototypes built prior to liquidation. None were made after the liquidation by any other company. The original founders were not involved in the X-prize or the last two years of Aptera's existence before liquidation. - But now we have the company back and are forming, what we feel is, a great base to supply people with efficient transportation. This product will not be for everyone but we hope it catches on with those that want to have less of an impact on the environment around them and want to reduce the material and resources they consume. We try to describe our offerings as best we can with the legacy testing data we have and the current data we are collecting. And we are happy to answer any questions that people might have regarding these descriptions. We hope that people understand the nature of our business and our products so they can make informed investment decisions. And, after understanding, choose to support our efforts. Thanks for illustrating these comments!

Alpine4 (OTC ALPP) went up over 76% yesterday. I first heard of them from Elio Motors:

https://www.eliomotors.com/elio-mot...duct-manufacturing-and-engineering-resources/

At the beginning of October 2019, ALPP was trading for under $0.02 a share. They kept making sales and were exceeding their own goals. Yesterday the stock hit $0.1139.

If Elio Motors does get financing, I expect ALPP to have some more sales too.

If anyone is planning on selling in the near future, November is the time to do it. December has EOY selling for tax losses. I don't think that it will recover in January due to possible delisting in May 2020.

The investor section of Elio Motors website is back up and looks the same. Under the management team they still have Connie Grennan listed.

https://ir.eliomotors.com/management-team

What does this mean? Probably not much. They must have gotten the server links working again but still don't want to disclose that Connie Grennan is no longer with them. Apparently the "temporary replacement" is not going to be identified.

Also, a curiosity. Under the Fleet tab, they mention SOS Alarms and Henry Knepp Regional Manager (since 1998). It looks like he still works there, but the owner of SOS Alarms is retiring, his two sons taking over the business. Wonder if they are still interested in having any Elio's as a Fleet?

Out of curiosity I contacted Henry Knepp of SOS Alarms and asked him about the Elio "Fleet" he had been interested in.
His response:

We’ve totally giving up on that joke. We were suckered in and they completely failed to deliver. I would be completely shocked if anything ever comes from that company. I think the deposit we made is lost money. It would have been great if they actually made the vehicles. We had big plans for them, but live and learn I suppose.

Obviously the Elio Motors website is full of inaccurate information. Doubt it will get changed unless they get funding.

I wonder who is the new VP or Fleet Sales is? Brendan Carey was running that division at Elio motors up until February 2016. One of the press releases beck in 2014 was that the average price of a new car is $30K and the Elio will save a municipality $23K per vehicle. That's a big savings and I wish where I lived, they had Elios instead of the fleet of Ford Escapes. The savings can go to fixing our streets.

Hopefully the current fleet owners will get that point across but I'm a bit worried that Brenden is not there and there might not be a replacement for him.
