Its a shame the E1c wasn't test drove with cameras like the P5 was. It really looks much more production ready and loved to seen the same people test drive it thru NYC.

Agreed, Elio, money or not should be letting people drive it. I can loan them the cash for an 8gal fill up.

How many people here have driven an Elio out on the street? I know many have sat in one. I know when I sat in one, nothing worked (I guess the battery was unhooked). I just wonder how it drives out on the street.

A traditional dash in a non traditional autocycle. The Elio will be a drivers autocycle. I do not ever want to be a passenger sitting in the driver's seat.

For a short while, I owned a Saturn Ion that had a center console. You get used to it pretty quickly. It was very easy to quickly glance over at the speedometer and back to the road.

I have one of those now. Really do like the dash it is nice one you get used to it....the rest of the car sucks.
