I missed mention of this in the newsletter but looks like they withdrew the NASDAQ listing request on 04/25/2018: http://edgar.secdatabase.com/1741/114036118019497/filing-main.htm

It was to be expected with their latest involvement with Overstock/T0, but the NASDAQ listing is not "mostly dead" but now "officially dead".
