Update: After Nearly 6 Months After 1st One Died At 4 Miles, Finally Was Sent A Replacement Ayro 311

I thought I'd never see this day, after all the hemming and hawing, BS, and dozens of promises not kept. I just was delivered S/N 33. Original one was 34. It came with 1.0 mile on it.

I ended up sending Title for bad one to the manufacturer over two weeks ago, and dealer was to send bad unit (which they picked up some time ago) back to them.

Now the fun begins, with who knows how many problems I'll have with this one, or hopefully everything will be fine.

Hahaha finally! Congratulations at least they kept their word and sent you a new one. Enjoy it but definitely run to it's limits and see if it's a keeper.

The Manual says it takes 6-8 hours to charge, as it uses a standard 120V outlet. They recommend a 20A outlet, but mine is 15A, but have no breaker trip. I assume that means from very low, like 20%.

BTW: They even said they sold all their remaining spare parts to a 3rd party!!! I hope if I need a part, they'll supply me with the name and address/phone # of said company.

Update: 2nd one broke in the same manner as the 1st one!!! I made it a whole 65 miles on the odo.
