I guess door arrangement for a 3 seater would be like a RX8 the back door would open and have a normal seat like the front that tilts forward to get the 3 person in. UGLY, odd, and long car really.

I would like to see a three seater. The "EEELIO"

I'm sure the dimensions have been carefully chosen in regards to 3 wheeled stability. If you increase the length without a relative increase in front wheel track (width) you make it much more likely to turn over in a corner or a crash. I don't know how much wider one would want to go, it's already as wide as a lot of cars.
