gizmag did an article on it yesterday. Good article, worth reading. Also notes that they're producing them for sale now, with prices starting at $60,000.

Where did you find that? Any date on the article you pulled it from?

It was from the Terracraft Motors site. I saw it in a Youtube video. It says it is the TC1 prototype.

IIRC, the Elio will be designed to do lateral acceleration in the 0.8 range. (please correct) That's pretty damn good. To put that in perspective, if there were room and one could continue the circle, one could stand quite easily on the inner door (or nondoor turning left) I think it's going to be a lot of fun to drive before any enhancements.

Well, I definitely like and want a TG 500 Tiger, shame on me it's a 4 wheeler! But with a rear engine that's the way to go!

I wonder if a Smart could be a donor to make a TG500 replica. Have to study on that!
