I've never really heard about anything that can act like a driver can. Honestly, I'll be scared if we start creating machines that start replacing humans for things we use every day like driving and whatnot. Makes me think of iRobot and movies of that nature.

I recently had a job as a driver for a local ford dealership, getting vehicles from far away... a lot of them had the adaptive cruise control, and you would be surprised at how well it works and how quickly you get used to it... I am no proponent of switching to all driverless cars. I love freedom. but its a great technology and its progressing very fast. brace yourself.
