The Elio has the same ground clearance as a 2016 Mustang, 5 1/2 inchesVery good question. I was pondering this as I was driving through the parking lot at the local grocery store. The bumps are very tall and narrow - [think of a racing cam] they are designed to slow a vehicle to 5 MPH or less.
My F-250 laughs at them, but I couldn't help wondering if the Elio might high-center on one.
But they can't be more than 4 and a half inches tall, so hopefully the Elio should glide over them with ease.
If it doesn't clear, turn and go through the store; or turn the other way, down that isle and go across at the back of the lot.
