As the reality of REALLY producing the product, my guess will be a few weeks after the 100 hit the streets- It'll generate a lot of buzz, and should make TV news!

Shortly after they secure all the funds they need, either via getting the ATVM loan or from large investors.
I don't expect that to be any time soon.

My guess is when they secure the DOE loan. Once production is a given, there'll be a huge jump in reservations and no need for incentives.
