Right now, it would be great if I could just get a regular Elio.o_O
Maybe I'm just a grumpy old man but it was not intended to be a family car. There are plenty of inexpensive family vehicles. It that is what you need the Elio is not for you. Those of us who are supporting Elio are supporting its basic design and that's what is appealing to us

If you want a family car, this isn't for you. A pet is not a problem as the back seat folds down.
