Well, anything is possible. At the time I made my reservation, I expected another delay in production to first quarter 2016. There was no concrete reason for that other than being aware of previous delays, and more importantly creating a buffer zone so that I would not be terribly disappointed should a delay occur. Hopefully I am wrong, but this way I won't be too upset should another setback happen. Time will tell.

I feel exactly the same way Dustman. YOU are a wise person! lol

I am not at all worried about the lower numbers "immediately" following "comic-con". Many of these young people probably "scrimped and saved" just to BE at this event. Does this make them BAD potential customers?...Not necessarily. It just "might" mean that (once they return home) it will take a few "paychecks" before they have extra money to invest. Or, like some of the people on this board, they are now sure that they will buy one,but not until they actually see production.
We also need to remember that no one at EM "claims" to have a crystal ball! Some decisions will just be better that others. There will always be "good weeks" and "better weeks". I remain confident that EM is still 100% committed to bringing this to production, in the quickest & most cost effective way possible!

I don't know what the sources are but I have seen an upsurge in younger members joining us here. It is nice to add to the diversity this way regardless of how they heard about the Elio. :-) Z

I know that when I went to Star Trek Las Vegas in August of last year it was Feb before I had rebuilt my funds enough to consider other large expenditures - about the time I heard about the Elio.
