A lot of people have hope something great happens at 65K. I'm starting to believe it's just some arbitary number that those in charge of Elio believed would generate greater interest from our government.

The only thing that is carved in stone is the locked in price of $7300.00 until 65,000 reservations are reached. I suspect, after 65,000, the price will go up. How much? I don't know.

If the vehicle is never made the $7300 price is a mute point. Will the tombstone read, " The first 65,000 deposits would have paid only $7,300. That's a great consolation prize.

What exactly happens at 65,000?
1. Does the tooth fairy deliver my Elio?
2. Does the wicked witch of the west drop my Elio from a tornado funnel?
3. Does Elio move to Mexico and say adios amigos?
4. Does Porky Pig Elio say "that-t-t-t-t-t-s all folks"?
5. Does chicken little say the "sky is falling" and so is Elio?
6. What then?

None of the above, Elio keeps striving to produce a great new three wheel Autocycle, We keep waiting for it to happen!

I asked that of Elio Team a long time ago, never got an answer.
Then asked if the could speak with Paul Elio and then get back to me.
Mentioned to the Elio Team of Tell Me More, that if Paul can't get back to me then this is just being played out as 1 big game
with no accountability. Just Like I sent texts to Donald, Jerrod & a White House Email Address. No Response.

Sad, they don't really give a shit about us or the other 64,700 people that hoped it would work.

I expect to hear nothing unless "the powers to be" want to say something. Don't hold your breath. Life, it's always a gamble.

Unusual increase in the pessimistic vibe here by many so close to 65K which we know matters tremendously to PlanA (DOE... ATVM LOAN) & PlanB (VCs...equity stake in EM or private debt). Or PlanC... a combination of both or an angel investor type. PlanB can only commence when or if PlanA fails. So it's all just an either/or proposition...Elio will happen one way or the other. GO ELIO!!! PS... Just had my car quit with 210,000 miles...bought a used Prius for $3111 below KBB book...GO ELIO... Already hate hybrid or mode EV.

Johnny, My glass was totally filled for over three years. Just get a little frustrated over this extended period of time. Haven't given up as of yet.
