17.5/day is better than I expected. That's still more than half of the baseline pace that they had while the 50% bonus was going on and I would think (assuming steady progress and barring any major news) that this should be a low point, with the rate slowly creeping up and stabilizing in the coming weeks.

Between SIL mailings, that count grew by over 1,000; and it was a mix of new people and a number of existing folks.
And at 17.5 a day, it's not that far off of the norm; I remember that being 23 to 27 a day(??) so 6 to 10 people a day less.
What were the counts per day like in the beginning? Say 2014 to 2015; was it even close to the 20's a day?

It might take another hit next time since this time period would include those trying to upgrade at the last minute, but who failed to make the deadline. Issuing a payment doesn't always go through to the recipient the same day.
