No, there is no such prototype yet. At least not that we know of. Congratulations and hi from Oregon, Nate_tx. We've seen multiple castings but nothing else. However they officially they announced the casting half a year after it actually happened, so no idea what stage it is at now.

Looks like the serpentine belt won't be too difficult to remove and replace. Can't quite tell if you will loosen an idler pulley or loosen the alternator.

We've seen multiple castings but nothing else. However they officially they announced the casting half a year after it actually happened, so no idea what stage it is at now.

Can't understand that, Josh. You're right. There certainly HAS been enough time lapsed since they first announced the "castings" and told us that they were "now" being machined. . . . . . Like, what's the problem and why the delay? Has there been a design flaw that showed up? Is the motor now ready for testing, or did they go back to the drawing board? Where are we?

Time to share something new with US ALL!
