Just out of curiosity, what did they cost?

The basic factory list price seems to be from $7,000 to fully equipped models at about $19,000 in the final years of production.
they were built from 1984-1990. They actually are more motorcycle than auto cycle, because they have to balance on the outriggers vs 3 wheels..

So is it a 2 wheeler? or are there wheels in the side thingys? (Sorry I have no idea what to call them but they are the bullet shape on the wing)

Yes, there are 2 little wheels on the end of the wings, while driving you will be leaning on a wing wheel at all times.

Prefer the Elio, don't trust the standard trike.
