I'm imagining a very high level of vibration with this rig because it will resonate differently at different stroke lengths. Damping that down will be a bear, and I am really curious to learn how Infiniti is going to go about it.

Not variable stroke, essentially variable length conrods, which changes the combustion chamber volume and thus compression ratio.

Unless I'm seeing it wrong, which is possible.
