Over in the far left, where my forklift still is, you can see my old space. The dark blue wall in the background, is the factory that's being extended through my old space. Bit of a mess, and hence I am stacking stuff while organising the new smaller area, hence the plane on top of the car ..

Some day you might want to add a electric motor to that back wheel for a cruise mode assist. It could be set to kickin at a set speed like say 40mph. Snow buildup is my concern as well, living adjacent to you in our snow belt region of South Dakota.I too like the open rear wheel as I live in MN snow belt and would worry about snow buildup in an enclosed wheel well.
