Style differences do not have to be that expensive. Still, I think if Elio were produced there would be enough interest for an upscale model. Just my opinion.

My version of an upscaled ELIO will look exactly as is except for a turbo charged 3 cylinder engine, leather seats all around, fatter tires and suspensions.....or even an exposed engine up front but none of the tub-looking, no roof Morgan 3wheeler that cost upwards of 60K (they handmade). But...first thing first.

Yes, I'm considering what an Ampere conversion to a solo seating with a top would be like visually. The range would likely go up, depending on how much weight was kept off. i.e. Would the top addition weigh less than the seat conversion?
