IIRC, the supervisor would go and spell his people so they could take breaks while the line kept moving. I don't remember the line stopping except for lunch breaks and one or two "issues". I know they wouldn't tolerate anyone even a moment late back from lunch. Toucan have someone running 19 minutes late being able to stop the line. That is 11 vehicles not being built, 800 people standing around idly.Those 15 minute breaks that stretch out an extra 5 or 10 minutes twice a day take away from the rhythm of the build?
Or the problem child on the line stops everything? (either car or person)
