Indeed! Joel S. was very supportive through the process. And he was there at the first committee meeting.
It was very rewarding personally, to make the bill happen and submit testimony that was read at that committee meeting. It's still hard for me to believe that I helped create a law. Very cool! Something that if you told me 10 years ago this would happen, I'd have bet BIG money against it.

Website for HB 2044 says the bill was approved by the governor on May 7. I first contacted my state rep a year ago, and now it is done. YEEAAAHHH baby!!

Nice work Jeff! I contacted my Idaho State Rep over a year ago and he said something was going too, it hasn't.
