I would like to be locked but when I submit my info it says " You do not have a non-refundable reservation" I do have a non refundable since 2014 so I'm not sure what the problem is. I E mailed Elio and not heard back.

Had the same problem, remembered i reserved with my old email address. Once keyed that in it went fine.

The problem with it saying "you don't have a non-refundable reservation" seems to be happening to early adopters (2013 / first half (maybe more) or 2014) Hang on till Monday, I have 4 ways of contacting them and I've done messages on all 4.

Except if you have an SIL you'd get to keep it. Otherwise chaos wiuld ensue.
