I believe the biggest problem in reproducing this design will be to find molding that will cover the paint borders. The majority will be easily achieved but the crowning piece is the tapered piece from the back of the door to the rear fender. If that can be found or created then it can be chromed here http://www.coatofchrome.com/ or here http://mmmetalizing.com/ with different colored chromes available there ought to be one right for any scheme.
