When you see the live stream, click the PLAY button
You might get the "This Stream is Offline" pic
on the top right, click the square "Other Streams By Elio Motors"

It worked for me.

Drats... they had two others streams by Elio Motors offered but the first cuts out after 8.06 minutes and the second (31.04 minutes) cuts out at the same spot (but seems to have been started earlier so has more of the static screen at the beginning).

Good suggestion, though.
