Having Tarvish as your source makes the entire story not credible to me. And no mention of the of the running engine.

Yeah there is an odd dynamic with him and Elio, that said, he has nothing to gain bringing IAV into it and chipping at his credibility.
Most likely from the financial plan EM gave Caddo Parrish. That plan gives us a some good insight into what EM is planning however I would not take the specific details to be correct at this point as it was created way back in early 2012, says the price of the vehicle is $5959, and still lists McLaren as the engine designer not IAV.
