The Dual Motor all-wheel drive version starts at $49,900 and the top of the line Tri Motor all-wheel-drive Cybertruck costs $69,900. Anything else for me are just glorified electric truck....that STILL looks like a truck and didn't care much for them. I'm not even holding my breath that TESLA can really sell the base model for that price otherwise people will be lining up to buy one....including me! (39k - 7k incentive= 32k + taxes, licenses and distination charge)That's funny, cost was the first question on my mind, funny thing, they don't mention it in either video.
It goes back to the question, if you have to ask, you can't afford it.........
There's a few that "push the right buttons" for me other than just being a "wedge". First, the glass used on the windshields and windows are supposed to be laminated and bulletproof as well as it's 3mm stainless skins tested with different ammos. Shown here:The Tesla Truck does nothing for me, but that Canoo is very cool, it has a lot of the options that would make it work for me, especially the bed that can change length, and the Cab is cool but the Tesla just doesn't "push my buttons" I see it as just a wedge. It just doesn't appeal to me at all.
Wow wait, you bought a TESLA?I thought the Tesla Cyber Truck was a joke, but it wasn’t and the aero/futuristic styling grew on me. I’m happy to say that I have zero need for a vehicle that size......if I did it would likely be the Tesla Cyber Truck based on what 3wheelin said above, minus the peace of mind need for a bullet proof option. I assume I could be shot getting in or out of my bullet proof vehicle.
So far I like the Tesla MY experience after a few short months and haven’t missed the COSTCO gas stops.
