I can't remember if I have a $100 refundable reservation.

How do I report a new address in case they are possibly trying to refund it to me?

How do I report a new address in case they are possibly trying to refund it to me?

I had a $100 refundable and I have this same problem. I have not been able to get to my Elio account for a while and I've moved since the account was created. I sent an email to them from the Elio web site, and to their credit, they did respond. They sent my check to the old address. I have not been at that address in two years so I'm not going to get that one. They asked for my new address, but it's been a couple of days since I sent that information and I have not heard anything else back, so at this point, I'm not sure if they are going to reissue a check or if they are going to say they did what they were obligated to do.
