The issue probably has to do with the fact that it's a Ford.

The definition of a sports car has changed drastically over the years.
When I was growing up a sports car was a 2-seat roadster.
Now they have 4 door sports sedans and even sports SUVs.
I, personally, still adhere to the "old" definition. But I'm in the minority.
But, 0.9g!What a lot of people get confused on with Sports cars is they have been brainwashed by the media on cars that came out and were tagged "Sports type car". Looks like a sports car, but has the true inner child of an econo box.
The Toyota Celica was the one that started it.
Now when people see any car that "looks" like a sports car, in their minds, it is a sports car.
