Yes sir. The State of Maryland has some very odd ducks in the legislature.
We sometimes refer to the General Assembly (Maryland Congress) as the
"General Asylum".

To Everybody:

At this time, it is my hope that somebody might know if the State of Maryland
will require a FRONT LICENSE PLATE for our Elio vehicles.

I don't recall motorcycles in MD having a front plate.

As long as the Elio is classified as a motorcycle a front plate isn't even possible. They'll only issue you the MC plate.

If I still lived in Michigan I'd probably contemplate a snow-mobile version. That would be a blast albeit a dangerous choice for me. It seems without road rules I ride like I'm on a death mission. Almost decapitated myself on the last snow mobile ride.

I live next door in PA. Our governor currently lives down the hill from me and commutes daily to the Capitol.

I do work in MD though and spent much of my life there. I may move back once my kids are out of the nest.

Gas I left MD in 2008. I won't get into politics but its a lot different here than MD for being a neighbor state.

Depends on where you go but it definitely is not always cheaper than MD.
