Not all of them would just drive by; there always a couple that have to stop and ask if they can use the Rest Rooms.
Depends on whether or not you can get Jay Leno to show up. If he can do a gig, great! Otherwise, just to be there. Also, we'll need a famous rock band to play. Based on the observed age on this board, I'm guessing REO Speedwagon?
Oh, and I don't care what my mileage is or will be, I never start out on a long trip without topping up the tank. So I may not hit the gas stations on the way in, but definitely hit them on the way out. And I hope you don't just use the restrooms and nothing else! That's just rude! If you're not going to buy a candy bar and a slushy, at least buy one of those huge cookies they have at the counter.

And in the first year of a run like that, $ is going to be very tight.
There are a number of things you have to have; like permits, medical, some type of refreshment stand(s), security, and, and , and , and well you get the picture.
Like I said, I've been involved in group weekend functions; they're a lot of work and you have to have a staff of people to pull off a successful run; this is where it would be nice to get EM and PE involved in it too.
