What kind of deposit? If it was a full reservation, no, that money will not be refunded.
If it is a smaller type of deposit, yes, you have to ask the powers that be at Elio to please return your deposit.
But like I said it depends on what kind of refund your looking for.

Yep... there were both refundable and non-refundable deposits. Mine was a smaller non-refundable deposit.
Rich, did you place a deposit? If so, what type?
Some of the refundable deposits made by others have been returned. At least one or two depositors (around here) had to raise a little ruckus. But others didn't have too much trouble – just took a bit of time and emails going back and forth.
