we were just having a civilized discussion about politics and the elio. I dont see why grown adults cant discuss these important matters. I dont think anyone was being offensive?

Being racist does not equal being civilized, nor does insulting other people, you can discuss politics without either action. + This is a forum where it is well known that we frown on politics, although I wouldn't have intervened had it remained civilized.

It's not what you say, its how you say it. Humor doesn't come across the same in text, as it does when spoken. I' m sure you were trying to be funny, but you weren't. Nobody here likes sensorship, but on occasion it has to happen for the good of all. We all have tried to be funny at times, but how it is perceived isn't always as intended. Don't take it personally.

That wasn't what he was saying, he was directly and explicitly racist about President Obama, however I am locking this thread so that it doesn't devolve.
