Well, I guess, all these guys would not show up if Elio was dead.
Elio Supplier Meeting
May 4, 2018
Happy Friday Elio’ers! Tomorrow features a beautiful confluence of events: Cinco de Mayo, the Kentucky Derby, and well, Saturday. A combination of fantastic cuisine, the most exciting two minutes in sports, and a day off? Count us in! Even if you’re hard to please, tomorrow has a little bit of everything. With a weekend full of possibility is on the horizon, this week’s Friday Blog will be short, sweet, and to the point.
We’ve said it in the past, but one of the best assets at Elio Motors is our collection of blue-chip supplier partners. Having literally thousands of years of automotive experience come together is an incredible asset. Yesterday, Elio Motors leadership, with a late cameo by the E1C, and key supplier partners were able to have a meeting in Troy, Michigan.
The meeting was designed to keep the team on the same page and set the stage for production. The topics covered included our recent funding announcement, as well as the overall strategy as we move toward our ultimate goal of producing the Elio. After the main topics were covered, an energetic question and answer session took place which left everyone with a good idea of the next steps forward. While Michigan is known for its high energy music, we think that the energy in the room yesterday was palpable. On a project of this size it is critically important to keep a team on the same page, and after yesterday’s meeting, the entire Elio team understands the plan and what will happen along the way.
Before we let you go, we want to let you know that our CEO, Paul Elio, is scheduled to appear on the Lars Larsson show this Tuesday (May 8th) during the 3 PM Eastern segment. Lars has been an Elio follower and supporter for some time now, so we are excited to have he and Paul spend some great time together! Here’s a link to Lars’ website so you’ll know where to tune in:

As always, thanks for your support and have a phenomenal weekend!
It seams like, with Paul doing a radio spot, meetings in Shreveport, fund raising, and other stuff I don't know about, which is a lot!, things might be ramping up! Maybe.
