Well, well, hello to all. I was not so much lying about my age as I was obfuscating. This is the internet and I have no wish to make things easy for the not-so-nice. I'm not 113, although, some mornings, it feels rather close.
I had been considering a Ural motorcycle. They have a models with a side car and available two wheel drive (think about it) so they could realisticly be driven in snow. It snows where I live. But I'm not a teenager any more and riding in cold weather is ^%$# COLD! So when I saw the Elio, I thought - "that's perfect!"
The tech I am seeing just makes me happier. Although I was hoping for VVT as well as variable lift, I see that an enhanced power ECU is being considered. Perhaps a two or three way runtime switchable unit... (eco -> sport -> burn fuel like a Escalade) ...he gracefully staggers off the soapbox...

OK let me zero in on where you live. But, first can I ask do you live in the country of your birth?

You sound like the lead Chambers Brothers when they did the first recording of "Time Has Come Today." in a studio in Atlanta 1967. I had a friend who witnessed the first recording. So I know what actually happened in the studio that day that created that unique recording. LOL

I have wondered that also. His location: "The Merry Old Land of OZ" suggests Australia as does his vocabulary (tyers,etc.). But the snowfall he mentions is not normal for Oz, or for Kansas, so I'm thinking a transplant to NY. :) Ocean9000 could be the distance from OZ to US or a game or LED.
Apologies to you, Ocean9000, for sounding like we are talking about you behind your back. ;)
