'56 not '55. The '55 paint job did not curve down at the end.

I restored a 55 bell air hardtop and the white ended at a paint divider just behind the door and had a molding forward from there where a 56 that I also owned had the stripe all the way up the side. Both of the white colors curved down on the quarter panels.

But I'm a 55 - so Silas will have to do a 55! But 56 is cool and new in 55

Joshua I apologize. I misspoke when I said both lines on the quarter panels were curved. I guess I had a brain freeze. I spent about 3 years restoring the 55 and it definitely had a straight line on it.Tommy.

I'm sure you are correct but this was 39 years ago and my memory is not what it used to be. I'll have to call her and see if she can remember 55 or 56? or have her drag out the old photos next time I go back to MN.
