As you read in Friday’s blog, we have planned on a “Pop Up” event in Pontiac, Michigan! We would like to cordially invite you to sit in the Elio E1c, as well as chat with some Elio Motors senior management. Our vehicle will be located on the corner of Warren St. and Saginaw St. from 3:30 and 6:30 PM. The address for the event is 91 North Saginaw St., Pontiac, Michigan and the vehicle will be located on the street. If refundable, you ask, and you get it back. If non-refundable, you don't.

If you have a refundable, you need to make sure that you have the same address and email before asking for a refund. Seems many have moved and changed emails to where Elio has some slight issues with refunding the refundable reservations. So the investors need to email Elio with their latest contact info before asking for a refund. This way it won't be like this guy that it takes several months to get a refund.

If you have a refundable, then there's a class action lawsuit that was filed. It needed to get to 1000 and that was surpassed. Now I find that the goalpost has been moved and that it's now at 1261 but that's only 95% there. Paul Ash is the main contact and he can give you the most latest information. Let us know how it works out for you!

Just to show how iPetitions woks, look at my above post. Here we are 30 months later and still at 95%. It's at 1797 people yet, still at 95%.
