$185 Million from the Advanced Technology Vehicle Manufacturing Loan Program (ATVM). This is the same government program which provided Tesla the money they needed.

Since EM recently changed the date of first manufacturing to Q3 of 2015, did they say anything re. the date of first deliveries? (I'm guessing Q1 of 2016.)
