I was thinking a tailgate trailer might work but we know where EM stands with regard to towing. Perhaps something like this might work, but you may be limited to serving sushi.

I really like the cargo model. I might buy that kit. It is just going to be too hard to stuff a 90 Lb German Shepard through that 10" x 17" opening. He would really have to like the idea.

The top one reminded me of what EM could do to make the Elio the 'perfect' pizza delivery vehicle [fleet]. They came up recently with a "dedicated pizza delivery" vehicle at Domino's. EM could easily convert the base model for this purpose. And what better advertising than a crazy looking vehicle pulling up to your house!

Pizza doors on the cargo back Elio is a very appealing combo. The Pizza door in the side would provide more access for cargo than the rear hatchback. Plus the top could be lower and improve the appearance and air flow dynamic. (This is fun isn't it? Nothing invested but time)

It 'could be' a kit once I get my hands on something to measure.
