I think once they finish the motor testing and get funding, they could go live easily. Sure, there is a lot of testing they want to do but they don't HAVE to do much at all. They could take the P4 with the rear seat mod they've been talking about to lower it, and the new rear mirrors, and the Lord Elgin dash and incorporate those changes and just start building. I'd rather they do some crash testing so that we can be sure nothing is going to impale the driver... But, there shouldn't be anything else that stops them.Elio Motors will be able to communicate a more specific date for the vehicle launch, which is targeted for the first half of 2016.
