I notice the SE banner now says,

Today is another banner day in Elio Motors’ history. Thanks to the initial success of our current stock offering, we will move forward with the development of our 25 E-series engineering and test vehicles. This is a big step toward final production.

As always, our fans, supporters, reservation holders and investors are a big part of why we are able to keep moving forward. We are incredibly grateful for your belief in and support of Elio Motors.

At face value it could mean,
First, they have more stock left to sell after the collection as of yesterday.
Two, we'll maybe not get any final tally until the public offering is done.
Three, enough money was collected that they are confidently stepping forward to fabricate the E-Series....

huh? Say that last point again, #3? oh..O.k..., that was the whole point of the A+ program yes? YAY-Zingo!

No mater what amount has been collected, that was what we cared about. Yes still curious about the numbers, but that's academic at this point.

Yes, success! That means the total for the 7-day window is more than $12 million, but less than $25 million. No small feat.

Still, I wonder if they're allowed to state publicly how many shares are remaining? I'm sure someone who's going to the Santa Monica tour stop will ask.

I believe that's a requirement. It's not open to a market set value at this point.

I'll add, the final collection does still mater in one area, the final amount affects how future investment views the Elio.

I just read a PR news wire (press release) that indicated PE has confirmed they have already hit the $25million and will be moving to building the E series.

Can anyone else confirm?
