Average per investor is hanging aroung $3,780 -- between 3500 and 4000, which is where it's been for the past two months. It has gone up a bit, but the mean investment doesn't seem to have changed grossly -- arguing for basic stability of the process. good.

I'm not sure how this affects EM's attempt, but I'm sure the new rules was affected by it. I am hoping the timing is related. (were efforts on the new rules holding us up?)

It appears to be oriented towards small business investment for up to 5 million, well that's the part I caught for 504, unless there was something earlier.
Nothing at all that relates to the 506c or A+ programs. As I write it's still ongoing.

Well, The expected approval turned into a request for clarification. But, at least the SEC looked at it. Bit of a let down but still ... they looked at it. 171% ! Yea !!!

with this being a first, it comes as no surprise that resubmissions would be needed .... I suspect that the future funding process will largely be shaped by EM's submission

With the expressions still expanding this fast, it indicates people think that a 'clairifcation' is a positve indicator that the A+ funding will eventually be approved. And in turn a success at the A+ funding indicates a higher expectaion of other funding.

Oh Yea, since I last looked at 3:11, 5 people pledged over $140,000.00 each.
