It is the "bid your highest " email from from Elio because the decision is coming very soon and you might not be able to buy more than your bid. And you'll be lucky if your bid will be excepted so go for it. Might be, your money will be returned over $600.00.

So, anyone who thought that Elio wouldn't get the full amount from the A+ program is, well, on the wrong side of history (soon to be history).
The excess commitment for the A+ program bodes well, and says that any funding sourced directly from the public has a very good chance of success.
