I'm sorry, I'm still not fully understanding. Can someone please explain to me why we're keeping track of this number at this point if PE can't just take the funds whenever he wants? Does it matter when it hits $30m or $35m or $40m? At what point do these funds actually mean something?

The only reason were noting them is a few of us are plotting the curves over time, and you need that number with the time stamp. As far as how it maters, well, it makes the funding appear more likely to fulfill the need for the E1-25 build. That build and testing is the current critical bottle-neck that affects investor perception.

You can gage the continued interest long term by projecting the curves. And the long term matters until all funds are acquired. Anyway, personally I don't think any more numbers are needed after 120% is reached.

But one more thing, once you have a trend plotted, if anything else happens, like completion of the P5, or other event, you can see if it changes the interest and expectations from perspective A+ investors. This should relate to what the reactions from other entities such as the 506c population or widening the diversity of the buyer population would be. The silent majority might become less silent if tickled. This helps at proving that.
