Yeah you're right. That link was to the live feed host. Now that the live program is over for the week, there's nothing there.

The Solo has an actual wind tunnel tested drag coefficient of 0.24 - a figure better than that of a Corvette or Porsche 911. Interesting comparison in that to my eye the Solo doesn't look particularly aerodynamic.

I have placed a deposit.

That is GREAT news. Some of the news article about the Solo said that it didn't/won't have reg braking.

Yeah, there's no reason that it shouldn't; all of the modern off-the-shelf controllers have regenerative braking as a built-in feature.

Agreed. The cheapo controllers that I built our electric bikes with even have regen braking. It does not add a ton of power back but it is effective at braking at higher speeds. It is less effective at lower speed, but that is when the regular bicycle brakes are usable.
