Good article.
I didn't like that part about "rattly motor" though. Not a bit.
I owned a metro for a while, so I know a 3-cyl when I hear it.
You put any motor inside a 55 gallon drum with no insulation....
It's car and driver. You'd think they'd have mentioned "prototype".

With insulation and carpeting, it should be relatively quiet.
It's a $7000 car (for now). It's supposed to sound sporty but quiet.
