Auto Savant. The eCo Motors EMC3 seems like a nice design. It is a shame it did not go anywhere. It was supposed to be by eCo Motors.

The EMC3 major problem is that it's not significantly different than a Fiat 500. You need wide appeal to get significant sales. Cute unique and interesting will sell half of that, but for the rest you need logical reasoning and no obvious flaws. Like not comparing poorly to something else.
Being higher priced than the Fiat and less roll-over margin, that's a no-go. It's only two advantages were diamond lane access and not having to comply with 4 wheel safety standards. And you know how Elio feels about safety, it's no advantage to avoid being safe.

YouTube. It is no longer at the Eco Motors site. Even if they did not use their own engine, it would still be neat to see it made and driven on the roads.
