At my urging, my state Rep, Sean Mathews, introduced the form bill to include the definition of "autocycle" as a type of vehicle under the Motor Vehicle Code. It would remove the requirement for a motorcycle endorsement to drive in the state of Delaware. It was introduced on April 21, 2015, sent to committee, and was reported out of committee on April 29. I am informed that the bill is "non-controversial" and should pass this session.
