I guess this has no rear suspension. The body blends into the rear rim area. When the rear wheel goes up and down, does the body flex?

Concept cars have no need to be road worthy. They leave those the minor "details" to engineers.

I agree, love those front hubless wheels.
As for rear suspension, haven't you ever heard of a hard tail? The suspension is how much air you put in the back tire, and how well sprung the seat is
